2001 front marker/turn signal

does anybody know how to replace the bulbs located below the bumber on the front-end? my turn signal works, but the marker light is out.

i'm wondering if i need to get at it from underneath or if the assembly pops out.

On a 2000 you can either take the headlight assembly out, two 10mm screws or you can take the belly pan off, but you have to take out a whole bunch of reusable plastic clips.
