'92-99 Burb Interior Dimensions?

I'm itching to get a 'burb again (had an '88 several years back). Can someone give me the dimensions of the rear cargo area with the 3rd row seat in, and with it out? i'm just wondering what the dimensions are to the back of the middle row of seats. Can you fit 4'x8' sheets of ply in back with the middle row of seats in? do the middle row seats fold down, for easier hauling of 4'x8' ply? ANY help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

The middle row (2nd row)in a 99 fold down FLAT. You can get a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in by either folding down the 2nd row and either folding down the 3rd row or removing it. Depends on whether your at home or lumber yard when you remember you needed that full sheet of 3/4" birch veneer plywood.

do i have to get a 1999 to have that "fold down middle seat"? i'm looking to get a 1995-1999 burb, but moneywise, the 95-97's look more like what i'd be getting. do these have the same features as the 99's?? i stopped and looked at a 1999 (just to get an idea of what the interior was like, etc...) and did notice the middle seat folded down neatly out of the way. it was cool.

so the 3rd seat folds down flat to the floor as well? or does it fold, but not as low as the middle seat? it surely looked like it would be in the way, if i wanted to haul a bunch of 4'x8' sheets of ply.

thank you very much for your replies!

I don't know how far the suburbans went with the body style that the 99 has.

The 3rd seat sits on top of the floor and locks down with pins in wells in the floor. When you fold it flat it still sticks up about 12". So to get a perfectly flat floor you have to remove the 3rd seat.
