need help with 1999 cherokee sport

Having a problem with 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport. All was working well and out of the blue the guages all stopped working and airbag light and check engine light come on and will not go off and odometer reading says "nobu5". Any help as to what might be the problem???? Thanks for any help you may be able to give !!

I would find someone with a Scan tool. Sounds like a module tokk a dump.
