What type Tranny do I have?

How can I find out what type transmission I have? Is is it a 4L60E or 4L80E? Is it in the VIN or on the data sticker in the glove box and if so then what code am I looking for, and what do all those codes mean?

Most likely a 4l60e behind that 5.3L. I don't think they put the 80 behind a 5.3L from the factory. Could be wrong though.
