springs or adjustable coilovers

I have a 91 integra but I'm thinking of lowering my car, so I can cover the gap between the tire an the front panel. I don't know if should go with just lowering spring or adjustable coilovers. I have seen some people that drop there cars but the tires are tuck inside the front panel and I don't want that to happen to me or for it to look like that. What do guys think?

Re: springs or adjustable coilovers

Well, if you don't want a severe enough drop to tuck, and it doesn't seem like you're interested in the performance aspect of this, why spend the extra money on coilovers?

Get some springs, and just make sure that the panel will clear the top of the tire. Do you have stock wheels?

Re: springs or adjustable coilovers

maybe one day in the future... u will meet some really hot females that only like guys with cars that are so low that the tires tuck inside the front panel.... If you had bought coilovers, u could change the ride height in an hour or so. But if u bought lowering springs, u would be screwed because even if u changed your mind, you couldnt lower your car anymore and those females wouldnt be interested and would go find some other guy.
