clicking noise

on my 92 every time i make a sharp turn theres this odd ticking or clicking noise coming from my front end. any ideas what it is or how to fix it?

Sounds like worn out CV joints (right behind the wheels). I used to have another car that would do that. I was told to replace them quickly, (expected lifetime after noise starts: a couple weeks) but had them supprisingly last me a couple years doing that before I found where the same noise was coming from. New front axles made the noise quit for me.
