Unhappy Need Chevy windshield in Iraq NOW

I'm a civilian contractor working on a US military base in Iraq, right outside Fallujah. My problem is the rear windshield (on my 2003 Chevy Silverado HD2500 2-door extendo cab) was busted out by a numbnut I work with, it was an accident. I am not allowed to leave base, and if I could, I couldn't exactly drive down to the local truck repair garage without getting shot at (or beheaded by those freaks). So, how can I get one by mail? A regular plexiglass single sheet or a slider? Directions on how to do it, plus sealer and gasket are a must! I really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!
