72 chevelle

Ok I am somewhat restoring my 72 chevelle, removing all rust, new floor pans etc.. I took out all heating ac controls including piping and evap, and I put a plate and molded it into the firewall so it looks extremely clean in the engine bay... no visible wire’s really except an inch here and there for alternator msd and such... My dilemma is I am not sure how much more money I want to put into the car. I am not planing on selling it right away but I just want to have somewhat of an even amount of money put into the car and what the car is actually worth. Engine is a re-man 350 with a few mods so no matching numbers 4 speed saginal manual trans. Interior will be clean but nothing crazy... So any ideas?
