1986 Honda Accord
Just got this recently. It has an aftermarket stereo--actually a soney CD/stereo, single disc. recently the blower for the heater quit working. I am in the frigid part of northern MN. Then I noticed the stereo wasn't working either. When the heater was turned off the stereo worked. I checked all the fuses and they were okay. Then I pulled the fuse for the stereo to see if the heater would work without the stereo--voila! A wiring glitch? The darnedest thing is I can't figure out how to pull the stereo to get at the wires. I got the face-plate off, but can't get the stereo out of the brackets holding it in place. How is this done?
