need help!!!!!

I have 1996 Pontiac Sunfire with 2.2 engine with about 90,000 miles on it.
The problem is sometimes when you get up to around 60-65mph it starts to like hesitate-loss of power, also noticed mileage go way down as I'm compensating by giving it more gas.
It just had a tuneup,plugs, plug wires,etc

any assosiated lights. Start good? Lots of power from a start?
