Do 1999 P11 and 98+ B15 SE-R have anything in common engine wise?

I was wondering if the engine from a 99 P11 is the same as a 98+ 200SX SE-R? I seen one at a meet once and it looked almost identical as in hoses and sensors...Anyone?

Oh and also if the MAF is the same? I want to sell my intake but don't know which 200SX/Sentra it fits..
