headlight bulbs

Ok i love seeing BMWs and AUDIs with those projector headlights driving.. I like that blue light color from the angle and then clear white in the front. A guy told me he could custom my headlights with them for like $400. Thats way to expensive for me, he told me that i should get PIAA Xtreme White bulbs size 9006 and they will have the same effect of the blueish tint from an angle. Can someone confirm this??? thanks

I replaced all the bulbs in my LS with no-name blue tint bulbs bought off of e-bay! 9005/9006 in one auction and 9145 fogs in another auction! they work and look great!, bright white light with a slight hint of blue, they look cool when the car is not running also as the blue glass in the bulb reflects off the reflectors in the headlight bezels, now the best part!they cost me about $10.00 cdn. per bulb shipping included from tiawan!, took about two weeks to get them though! have had them in for 3 months with no burn outs! the PIAA's were $60 U.S a pair! search for the seller "ntbk" on e-bay, good luck!

silver stars from sylvania. you can't go wrong nice bluish white no shipping charges and you can get them at walmart 2 for 30-35 IIRC and you dont have to worry about the fuzz pulling you over.

Very clean lights great viz at night.

What are the numbers for the hi-beam and lo-beam lights? i heard that the hi-beams fit in the fog lights (2000 ls) is this true?
