2002 Park Ave heated seats not working

HELP.....The driver seat heater went out...(and it's cold in Wisconsin right now) My heated outside mirrors are not heating either. I'm not sure if they are tied together or if it's a coincidence. The passenger seat heater is working, (but it's hard to drive from that seat).

I checked the only two fuses which the owner's manual indicated but both were fine. I couldn't determine which fuse might feed the mirrors.

Any help out there?!?!?!?

I had the exact same problem on my 2000 ultra. The dealer fixed the problem. The only thing that they told me was there was a broken or a burned wire in the seat.
