Oversize Tire Carrier

Before I buy one, I'd like to hear some opinions. What is the best oversize tire carrier for an '01 Wrangler?

I don't have one, but have talked to guys with various models; the consensus was that for oversize tires get a complete unit that lets the bumper take some of the weight of the tire. There are several examples at quadratec.

the complete unit is the best way to go, if you just buy an adapter etc, it will eventually wear out your hinges etc. the factory unit and gate are not designed to hold the weight of oversized rims/tires.
