99 Grand AM Noise (Rattle) Front End

I just started noticing a rattling noise in the front end of my 1999 Grand AM SE. I had two mechanics look at the problem, but they couldn't find the cause.

Everything is tight and bushings are fine.

Noise seems to be coming below steering column. I can hear the rattle (thump) when turning the steering wheel (car on and parked).

Any ideas?
