Tire Tips
Hey everyone! It's winter here in nevada and well... I noticed that my rims have some dings and some scratches from rocks and stuff that have been littered all over by all the snow and ice. looks like some of them are pretty deep too. If I wanna fix my tires up, you know, sand em down polish them etc etc how should I start? Is there a good way to start?
any help I'd really appreciate... my right passenger tire is in need of this more than any of the others (previous owner versus the curb... the curb won) so you can assume there's some pretty decent scratch and ding damage to that rim. thanks everyone.

Re: Tire Tips
I hope your talking about stock Z or LS rims... other wise you have to be nuts driving aftermarket rims in winter. Best way i have seen it to have them powder coated again.

Re: Tire Tips
I use to do this. Sand the rims and then just pain 'em silver. It wont last too long but it's cheap like the budgie!! Doint try fixin tyres just keep an eye on the for bulges if you get any, new tires quick! I guess you meant rims but just in case!
