I was driving my 95 astro yesterday in the lovley weather we had (snow,rain, and sleet) and my check engine light came on and gave me a code 32 also when the light was on it idled real rough my engine is a 4.3 cpi. Any ideas?

Both your code and your symptom of running rough, is your EGR valve is stuck open. You can try taking the EGR valve out and cleaning it, but most likely will have to be replaced.
