Fog Lights

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to change my stupid fog lights!!!??? I tried doing it by popping the front off but that won't work and I can't do it from underneath cause there is stuff in the way. It's a 1996 Pontiac Grand AM. Please HELP!!

You have to remove the splash guard from underneath the front bumper. It should only be held in with push pins that just pop out if you pull the center pin out with a pair of pliers. Once you get all the pins out the splash guard should be easily removed giving you access to the fog lamps from underneath the car.

Tip: once that is all removed if you find the front tires are in the way of your work, turn the wheel away from the fog lamp you are working on. If you are working on the right fog lamp turn the wheel completly to the right. this should give you a little more headroom to work comfortably.
