CRAZY FIGHT STORY at school

....so im at school today and the day is going fine untill i turn on to a hallway and i see my best friends little brother(10th gr) getting messed with buy 3 seniors now i am a senior too , but messing with a 10th grader is just dumb, anyway they start pushing him , so i start running to help him i meen the kid is like a little brother to every one, iam runnign as fast as i can and they start swinging on him and he swings back, the kid is a sack of bones so i am ready to take a couple of hits for the kid when....

i see him knockout TWO of them to the ground im still runnig to get there cuz the hall way is very long and people are all watching and not helpging as the other dude sees this he gets angerd that his boys are on the ground and not moving
he reaches back and gets ready to punch him i run into him and push him in to the lockers face first the dude backs off and the other two are still on the floor not moving i got check them and their faces are purple so i am puzzled but we all know that a purple face = no oxygen these guys get rushed to the hospital

i asked my friends lil bro what he did and he answered he just started swinging for his life and he hit one of them in the throat and it felt like jello as he followed thru with the punch, and other he punched below the ribs and he felt the dudes ribs grind on his knuckles



i later found out that the one dude who got hit in the throat can only breath with the help of a machine , becuase his adams apple, throat muscles and inner tissue are so damaged ahd there was blood in his lungs, the other dude has a colapsed lung and needs a respirator the breath.

The guys in hospital are sons of an ex marine, and a fireman


but the 10th graders dad is a lawyer with his own firm and everything


i am getting a ticket for fighting, but my friends dad is going to get it rid of it and said he would work for free if this went to court

the school and "victims" are planing on sueing my friend for atempted murder

but i talked to my friends dad and he said if this goes to court these guys are fucked

if the do decide to sue they will lose, becuase one of the "victims" brother tried to fight me and treathen me with me life for these recent events, the other dude who i pushed has already snitched on them saying that the the victims were just gonna beat himm up and mess him up
my friend is hispanic and they are white(im hispanic too)

the other dude who is not in the hospital was giving the choice of snithcing and go free or get a 120 dollar tickect

the only thing against us that i am a trained fighter ( boxing if your wondering) and im not allowed to use my "teachings" on people

my friend got two days suspencion, and a tickect



the school is trying their best to get rid of us because of our race

i have faced racist before so i am used to it, but they messed with

the wrong hispanics this time

legally they can not expell us because it was self defence and their intentions were to inflict harm or death

Unfortuanly, the 10th grader is gonna get suspended or even expelled for the shit the seniors started. I would be suprised if the seniors parents bring up a lawsuit.

I would think that there would be a claim of self-defense made, especially if the seniors are 18 and that the 10th grader is obviously underage.

Wow, good on the 10th grader! I doubt he'll be in much, or any trouble. Lets see, 3 seniors starting a fight with a lone 10th grader. An open and shut case of self defense in my eyes. What would anyone else do in that situation? Sit back and get their ass kicked? Hell no! Also, this kid did do some serious damage to those two dumbasses but I doubt he planned on it. I don't think this kid has any self defense knowledge like karate or any other martial arts. Looks like, as the poster said, he swung and got in two very good shots.

Thats awsome. Its cool you look out for the underclassmen. In my school everyone would gang up if someone got knocked out. But people didn't really know how to fight well. I went to a relatively rough school before I move to this suburbia hell and learned to stand up for myself. It took one fight with a junior, his senior brother, and his brother's two friends before people learned to phuck with me. I was lucky the first two years of high school my sister was around and I was friend's with the biggest kid in school from being *gasp* boyscouts. After they left I had my first fight and never had a problem again.

I'm guessing cause those seniors are assholes. I can picture it 3 assholes together and laying eyes on someone they thought was weaker then them. So to make themselves feel better about themselves, all 3 decided it would be a good idea to pick a fight with the "weaker" 10th grader.

Thats how I see it cause I've seen oh so many times when I was in high school.
