Actually... they are trying to charge the people/companies more $$$ who have ads in their magazines, but the only way they can justify this is by having a ton more subscribers... very ingenious if you ask me!

No I just subscribed... found it at 300zxclub.com and I thought I would spread the joy to the ZedEx crew... what can it hurt if it's not real? Oh no they got my e-mail and home address? Big deal! I got spam-blocker and I'll just throw away the junk mail! But if it's legit... shit... 48 issues for free!
