T3 w int. wastegate on manifold w ext. wastegate outlet?
What's the best sollution, weld int. wastegate shut? Or do something with ext. wastegate outlet?

depends. do you want to keep the internal wastegate or do you want an external one
if it were me, id weld the intenal shut and run an external

you can buy flanges to cover either the wg port on the manifold or the wg port on the turbo. welding it shut is ghetto. and we need to know what you want to use, internal or external.

Think its best to close the ext. wg down, cuz im goin for like 8psi with a t3.

probably best, ext wastegates arent really needed until you are seeing some much higher horsepower numbers
