Neon License Plate Frame

I hope I don't flamed for asking this...

But I have been thinking of installing a Neon License plate Frame in the rear. I know that I would probably need to someone use the electricity from the License Plate lights, but have no idea how hard or easy this job would be for an Altima.

Has anyone does this before?

A shop I know will charge me about $45 just for the job.
