Question

upgrading 98 envoy power/gas millage

I'm new to the forum "Hi". I just bought a 98 Envoy, and was woundering what I can do to increase the horse power and gas millage. I was thinking K&N intake kit, and maybe a high flow cat, any other sugestion or coments? Thanks
