'94 Ciera S -- Custom deck questions--opinions?

I would really like to play CDs or mp3 CDs in my car, so I checked some decks out on bestbuy's website because they have that neat feature to show you only decks and speakers that fit your specific model. Well, I found quite a few in the $119-$150 range that I liked, and they were from Aiwa. Do you guys know anything about them?

$149 - Aiwa model #CDC-X504MP
Aiwa 52W x 4 CD Deck with MOSFET Amp/MP3 Playback/Detachable Faceplate - Silver This is the URL to it: Aiwa CDC-X504MP

I have a few friends that know a LOT about it when it comes to new decks/etc (one has a business of installing 2-way LCD screens or remote starters) but I can't find them this week--they're in Cozumel, Mexico . I'm a guy that enjoys my sound, but I don't like the bass level to be rediculous, and at this point I think the speakers present on the Cutlass Ciera S we have are pretty good. Does anyone know if it is worth replacing them with something else?

I've had a big issue posted in here with the car misfiring (apparently) when you're maintaining a speed (usually around 55 or higher) but I think i've figured that one out, so I thought that maybe you guys could give me some tips here Its no big deal.

Well most any deck will fit most any car, but I would go with some kind of alpine product if I was you. I have had 2 different units by them and was very happy with both! very clean and crisp sound. aiwa isnt bad, but in my opinion they substitute alot of fancy toys that most people wont use for sound quality.
