Unhappy quits at normal operating temperture

Recently removed and replaced a 1.3 liter metro engine in a model 2000. Engine started right up and sounded real good, ran for about an hour and shut it down for a leak and fill check on all fluids. Had a leak at the oil pan, dropped it and replaced the gasket and this is where my nightmare started. The engine will start up, but lopes a little, but sounds nice, when it reachs normal operating tempurture with the coolant gauge at mid range this thing simply quits and will not start untill engine cools down. It acts as if there is excess presure built up in block, I have done pratically everything I know to do. The service engine light came on when this problem came up and then went out. And another thing, on the intake manifold there is a nipple with a vacumn line ( I thought) that goes into the bottom of the throttle body that is plumbed into the coolant passages of the head. Whats up with this? I am about ready to take it to a garage and have the diagonistic machine put on it. Have swapped out every sensor possible. Would certainy appreciate some words of wisdom on this one, thanks

sounds like you might be loosing spark when it gets warm. next time it dies see if you have spark, if it does spray a little starting fluid down throttle, if it fires for a moment your loosing fuel pressure, if no spark you have a bad crank trigger or ignition module probably

Thanks for the help, I took the car to a shop that had the OBD scan tool. This guy seems to think there is a bad wire going to the fuel injectors not letting them pulsate.
