Blower Whining / Not Working at Low Speeds
2000 Grand Prix - My blower motor has been whining when I turn on the blower fan. To get the whining to stop, it takes turning the blower on and off a couple times. Also, the blower does not seem to work from speeds 1 through 4. My friend had the same problem with the speeds not working from 1 to 4. He had to have the blower motor resister replaced. Is the blower resister difficult to replace. How much would it roughly cost?
