I Have a 99 zx2 and it came with stock 15's. I want to run with 13 so it is better in the snow. Can I do this ???

it wouldn't be better in the snow w/ 13's... just get better tires if you want a snow driver.

I have formula GT's now and They are brand new they look good but I cant move on a inch of snow. Is there a brand you recomend for all season?
