Angry Uh-Oh..Dropped A Screw in Engine Bay..HELP..

I was unscrewing the 2 inch screw thats on my intake housing right at the throttle body, when i went to unscrew the last couple of threads, i dropped the screw in my engine bay. It fell right under where like the throttle body is, like the crevice of the engine etc. Will this cause a problem..?

Hopefully it will fall out while i'm driving, but i'm worried that the screw can mar something up being that the engine vibrates etc.

Broken maf, flat tire...what a week for cars...

BTW, the screw is to that round screw-tighten type metal sleeve, i already bought a new one to make sure everything is sealed ok.
