I am planning to buy some new spark plugs and wires to replace my old stock ones for my '94 GS-R. Probably aftermarket ones! Are there any that provide the most horsepower in the market? Or do they just perform the same? I am just looking for power right now for spark plugs and the wires. Any good brands to look at? Thanks!

Another thing I did was to decrease the gap size down to .047" (.050" on the original denzo plugs, .053" pre-gapped for the NGK's from the factory). My rationale for this was that having too-big a gap will cause spark delay (especially with the stock distributor and ignition module). In low-band, spark delay isn't a noticeable problem, but when you're keeping it between 6k and 8k, every properly-timed spark is critical. Since I was having problems with hesitance, I expected the slightly-shorter, slightly-stronger spark to smooth out the high-band. It definitely worked. I've also got to commend NGK for making an excellent wire set. They are manufactured SO much better than the stock wires, and have a little more slack to work with. The blue also looks good without being tacky, like the magnecores are. |

What about Denso Iridium Spark Plugs? I have heard of those kinda on lots of cars. How about Nology wires? Do they give good power or just simply looks?

i say go with either NGK or Magnecore wires. i've heard bad things about Nology.
Is it really worth it to get aftermarket plugs and wires without gettin a new ignition? What would you say to a MSD ignition with magnecore wires and NGK irridium plugs?

I thought the brand of the stock plugs and wires which come with the Integra came from NGK and not denso?

Ok, just bringing up back this post but what i'm planning to get are Magnecore Wires and Denso Iridium Spark Plugs? Will I have any acceleration problems with those two?
