actually i dont think there is a "best" kit. They each have there ups and downs. Most ka people find it better to sort of mix and match parts. check out boostdesigns.com and phatka-t.com

Re: What are the best KA24 turbo kits?
i think you could go through every single turbo kit out there and none of them would suit you. eveybody has their own preferences.. but the boostdesign kits are very popular.. i'd go with one of them if i were going to buy a kit

The one that makes the most power and lasts the longest.
C'mon. boostdesigns, phatka-t, fmax, turbonetics, greddy, ssautochrome, and the list goes on. Personally, I would go for the BD for cost efficiency and from what I've heard about thier quality.

i think the best would be the one that you design yourself, it would allow you to pick more specific items like A/R, injectors, wastegate type, ETC.
source parts for but if you really want a kit then look up what the other guys said |

^ Can't say I'd trade my kit for a pre-fab kit.

Re: Re: What are the best KA24 turbo kits?
i say f-max it might be a little pricy but the fmax stage 2 kit for the ka24de is soo complete down to the cobra maf, and injectors, and fmu. i say its very complete, the boosdesing kit is the best bang for buck but lacks fmu... that the only thing i have against it, and i would want a .60 a/r turbine not a smaller .54 a/r, in the long run it will pay off, im tired of having a car that goes into boost as soon as you step on it, my probe was like this as soon as you gave it a little throttle like maybe 20% you see the boost gauge shoot up to 0psi and climbing, its not that fun, but a laggy turbo has its disadvantages as well..
