Need Good Front Grills

I was looking into buying a body kit for my car, but I think for now I am going to focus more on performance. Just for it to look good until I get a body kit, I was thinking of getting some grill inserts for the front bumper (92 civic hb). I have seen the ones on ebay for about $30, but those aren't dulled at the end and will scratch the paintjob around the inside of the bumper. I am looking for a good grill that's already the right size to fit on my car, and I want to paint it white. I don't want the grill to have the chain-links too close together, and I'm looking to spend about $75-$100 tops. If I can't find anything good, I'll probably look into the billet type grills.

Ok - are you interested in buying the sucker pre-made or making it yourself?

I made mine for $4 and it will no rust heres how:

Go to Home Depot ask them for a sheet of Stuco Mesh
(it is designed to hold stuco to the wall of a house)

They are $3.00 for a huge ass sheet of it (makes Grill kits for 4 cars and I know this for a fact)

Bring it home and using a set of tin snips follow the instructions on www.jdmfan.com and spend some time on it. Also if you want them to be white buy a can of metal spray primer and white paint. I did mine in white but decided it looked better silver.

The best part is, if you decide to do it silver the mesh from the stuco thing is already silver and will not rust. If you have any questions email me

[email protected]

I will try to post pictures when I get a digital camer that is worth a crap

1 roll of black plastic gutter guard for less than $10 at Ace hardware...
That's what I used. Looks great, no rust... and cheap.
