NEW Diamond White paintjob recommendations needed

Yes, I need to get this car painted in the spring. Would like to exclude the bumpers as they are in great shape and I'm aware of how "after factory" paint cracks easily on bumpers. I want special attention given to the front grill clips that instigate rust, what are the options here. Also at the rear license plate area there are two areas that tend to rust, what are the options here. This car has only 50,000 km. and I have some other issues. I think the factory chrome Riv. rims look great but the chrome is just starting to peel, the peeling seems to be on the rear side of the rim and it stops at the edge of the front side. Otherwise they look great. Should I put an aluminum or lead or other type paint up to this edge to seal this activity? Keep in mind that there is salt used on the roads up here in Ontario. I know this sounds messy but I will probably have the car body oiled after this work. If anyone has gone through this Riviera renewal exercise I would gladly like to learn from your experiences. Also, are there tailpipe tips (chrome) avalilable to replace the flat black oval flared factory ones? Cheers
