Hey welcome to AutomotiveForums.com!
First of all... for the interior shop... you'd probably have better luck asking in the appropriate regional forum. You know... find some people who actually live near you and know the area.
As for the subwoofer... there's a lot of good brands out there and the best thing to do is research through mags and other stuff. There's really no "best" subwoofer. The best sound quality comes from the execution of a system's components. You need to decide what kind of sound you are looking for... and how loud you want it to be. Then decide on how many speakers and how much power going to each one. Then you can decide on an amp/s. Then speakers rated to the power you are looking for and at what ohm. Then a box designed at proper specifications to complement the speakers. Then a wiring kit that can handle the power. Then a cap or batcap if you need it. Then maybe some sound dampeners like Cascade Audio Engineering or Dynomat. And then....
Am I scaring you yet? Basically, you get the picture.
