Well, i bought a 86 toyota pickup for 200.00 bucks and it ran great for 2 days. I shut it down at night, came back to it the next day and it didn't want to start. It smelled really flooded, i kept cranking and it finally started, but ran rough. I drove it about 25 yards and it chugged and died. Haven't had it started since. It smelled really flooded so i went and got new plugs for it, but that didn't work, so i checked for spark and i don't have any. I bought a different ignitor/coil assembly for it and that didn't fix the spark problem either. Any ideas?

Hey, did you try the rotor and distributor cap, and you can measure the resistanse of the cables, should be anymore than 15K Ohms, are you sure it's the spark plugs, and not anything with the fuel, I'd check the fuel filter too. Take care.
