Underpowering subs
Okay I've read the threads on here about underpowering subs and how it can be worse than overpowering but how much does it matter? For example, my 200W max Pioneer 2 channel amp supposedly puts out 100W x 1 when bridged... Is this suitable for my RF Stage 1 300W max sub, rated for 150W RMS?
Thanks... |

Re: Underpowering subs
You can NOT blow subs by underpowering.........the only way you can blow subs would be if you turned the gains all the way up and sent the subs an extremely clipped signal that is actually above the rms of the speaker.
