completed: FF Supra (56k warning)

first time posting my work here. i've built models in the past, but this is the first one i've built after finding this site. i have found this place extremely helpful and i'd like to thank everyone who helped answer questions that i've had. this one is built out of the box. comments, positive or negative, how i can improve etc, are appreciated.

Defntely looks like some clean building. I'm not too hot on the color, but as I said, you did a really nice clean job and he paint looks nice and smooth.
I do give you props for the great photography as well.
Congrats. Nice all the way!

You have built that kit in good way, considering that this is AMT product.

Re: Re: completed: FF Supra (56k warning)

thanks for all the comments. the color is arctic blue metallic by model master. it actually turned out alot darker than i thought it would be.

thanks, im not sure either.. lol, but it was provided as part of the kit.

the t-top and the hood are actually slightly warped. unfortunately i hadnt i thought about it till after i've painted everything. im thinking about trying to bend them by using hot water, but would that mess up the paint? i have a coat of future floor finish over the paint, i assume that would probably come off, but i could always reapply it. thoughts?

Re: completed: FF Supra (56k warning)

Cut him some slack about the wing; he only built what was in the kit, he didn't design the kit. Great work, man!!

Re: completed: FF Supra (56k warning)

i'd have to agree with tonio on that one. this was a box stock build.

You made this kit look extremely well. Built solid, clean, I think you should do another!
