92 Cougar Keyless remote
Hi all, just got a 92 cougar and want to program a remote for it, has keypad so I believe I can use a remote, problem is I know 3 ways of programing remotes for the cougars, but none of them work, believe I have to short some pins out in the lr quarter panel of the trunk but the pins are not visible. Does anyone out there know of the proper way to program the remotes for this car? It is a 92 LS model, does not have the pins in back like the 94 XR7 I also have, using the keypad coding does not work and using the ignition switch (either one 4 or 8 times) does not work either.
