Angry Engine Flooded/Axle Locked?

Have a 2003 Focus ZTW Wagon that after sitting for two days outside in cold, damp Indiana winter weather appears to have flooded (according to dealer mechanic) and the front axle was locked when the tow driver attempted to put it on the truck. Dealer mechanic was able to start car with difficulty and drive it into shop and found nothing wrong with the car. Anyone have any ideas or have experience with this problem? Turn the ignition and the engine sounds like it wants to start but doesn't turn over.

Re: Engine Flooded/Axle Locked?

sounds like the dealership that you deal with is lazy and is hiding a bigger problem from you because they dont feel like fixing it nthats my two cents
