Where to buy molding gards

I have a 98 Cherokee that looks great except for the wheather faded Black Molding. Does anyone know where you can buy replacements, or is there some way of conditioning/painting them so that they will shine like when they were new. I'm talking about the Black molding that goes on the sides of the Cherokee about 1/2 way up.

thanks

Some of that tire magic works wonders on that stuff. also it is just held on with double sided tape, you could peal it off and buff to match the paint.
