Speaker installation
I'm having trouble installing my rear speakers. I have a 97 gmc sierra and i dont know how to get the trim off to get to the speaker. Can anyone help me?

If its anythin like my 3 door silverado, their should be 2 screws in the cupholder, take them out and then u have to pop off the pabel with a screw driver... theirs a bunch of clips holding it on. The same goes for the driver side, but with the 3 door you have a lot more to do. I had to take out my back seat and remove the seatbelt to get the whole door panel off.

to get you panels off, there are 2 screws beind the ashtray/armrest handle, and 2 screws behind the storage bin in the bottom. might be 2 more under the armrest. you will also need to remove the back seat, and take off the top seatbelt mount with a torx bit. the just gently pop it off with a screwdriver
