inside lights

Hello eveyone, I have a 1995 Mercury Sable. All of a sudden all the lights stay on. The lights on the inside of the door, the floor lights, and the inside dome light. When you shut the doors, they are supposed to turn off, but the won't now. I took a fuse out, and the lights went out, but now I don't have the radio or clock.
