99 grand am window help

a friend of mine has problems with her window, i wasnt there, but what from she tells me, her window must of fallen of the track, then she got most it back up, but now there is a gap in the window clearance. is there any like pics or tutorials on how to fix this.

hey, spoons.....Are these windows manual, or automoatic?? It definetely sounds as though the window itself is off track. My advice would be try removing the door panel itself, to get a good look at the window track, and watch it as it goes up and down. Then you would be able to verify if this is indeed the problem. I really don't know how to fix it. I had a similar problem on my old Grand Am, but that was a '91, and i know the production designs are different between the '91 and '99. Post back with info on anly new developments.
