They are two different cars altogether. The Le Mans prototype racer is based off the Esperante luxury sports car. So what do they have in common? Almost nothing, except for the name, front-engined rear-driven layout, and every so slight design characteristics.

It looks as though the fronti s porsche, the sides are Aston Martin, and the back is Miata.
Good combination! I suppose this is like the Aston Martins of america.
