What fuel pressure should I run?

As of now, all i have done is the following:
-Dohc ZC motor
-ported throttle body
-intake
-header
-exhauhst
-underdrive pulley

I just got a fuel pressure regulator and gauge for under the hood. Everything is all hooked up now and their both on. Just wondering what I should set the fuel pressure at... Anyone got any equasions, formulas, etc, for that sort of thing?

45 sounds a little more realistic, but my question for you redracer, is, is that what the pressure is with the vacuum line hooked up to the fpr or unhooked?

Re: What fuel pressure should I run?

I would say 45 psi at WOT...you have a guage right? Well, have someone put the pedal to the floor for a second and adjust to that....45 would be perfect for your setup.
