Quick Fueler Cap help needed!

I need help with this one.

I got this today, but i have no idea how to build it.. i cant figure out what al the parts are there for. Can some one help me.

okay.. i was thinking of using it on a fuel cell... well.. I am searching for reference... Why didn't i think of that simple one?

I think the set is ment to allow several different configurations, you don't need to use all the bits.
It's more a single hose, dry break system as used on Formula One cars.
