Unhappy Turn the key forward and nothing! Electrical gurus please help

Hi I have a 97 geo metro (5 speed), and the clip broke to the wiring harness under the dash and the wires came down a bit, so I went underneath and pushed them back up and while I was doing that the 2 wires that clip into the clutch switch came off. while I was trying to clip the wires back in, one of the wires touched againt metal and sparked a bit. Now when I turn the key forward there is nothing (no power, no crank, no radio, nothing) what happened? Please help me out here.

Thanks

under the hood on drivers side there is a box with a black cover on it. take cover off and you will see fuses and fusible links. sounds like you blew one of these

I did that and there are weird looking fuses with 2 big prongs. How do I check if they are blown, there is nowhere to put a test light.
