00 SEL Air Bag Light Blinking

Light came on after removing center consule, I hope that it is related, but I'm sceptical. When I first start the van, the air bag & seat belt light flashes 3 times then 6 times. I guess that this is a code 36. It repeats about four times, then stays lit. Does anyone know what is happening here? I will install the center consule tonight, then I will know if they are related.

Thanks

Talking Problem solved

I did some searching through the Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forum, and found a note saying that Code 36 is the Driver Side seatbelt wire connector can come loose. So I looked under the seat and found all wire connectors intack. After a much closer inspection, I noticed that the wire was not securly attached to the seat frame as designed. The wire had come loose and worked its way between some of the seat framing. When the seat was moved, the wire was chopped up. I clipped the two conductors, stripped the ends, and reconnected with a compression fitting. The blinking light is gone and the wire is now in a better position.
