Where is the O2 sensor located on a '93 3800??

I assume it is located on the exhaust pipe somwhere near the engine, but where?

Also, what is the best method for removing the old one?

Are there any precautions I should make when installing the new one?

Looks like they have found a spot sandwiched between the engine, the firewall and the transmission and figured it was the best place to install it.
