distributor compatability on b-series engines

I'm getting ready to switch from my b16a to an lsvtec I've had sitting around, but the lsvtec is obd0 with the parts on it right now and my car is obd1. I'd like to stay obd1 and I haven't gone through and bought a new dizzy and injectors.
(the lsvtec is a 99 gsr head with obd0 distributor and injectors and a b18a block btw)

So will my b16a distributor work on the gstr head? also, as a side note, the injectors will be OK for now I'd assume, right?

I'm a little more used to mitsu and VW engines right now, so thow me a bone here.
