Re: Transmission leak
Is it automatic?Does your tranny have a dipstick? My 2000 automatic doesnt have a dipstick and if it leaks the dealer has to fix it cus its beyond me. If I were you Id look in your owners manual and see what it suggests for leaks.

Re: Transmission leak
Does that year use Dexcool (pink) antifreeze? I thought I had a transmission leak on my '99 because of the color of the fluid. Turned out to be antifreeze thanks to the infamous intake manifold gasket problem. The antifreeze leaked from the engine and gravity pulled it down to the vicinity of the transmission. When I saw redish fluid dripping, my first instinct was that it was the transmission.
